Bring the mess. We’ll rank it, pick one, and you’ll leave with the next concrete move written down.

Six sessions — $850

For when the problem isn’t a decision, it’s a finish line. You’ve been carrying something unfinished for months and you need someone in the room every couple of weeks until it ships.

Six sessions, async access between them, and a bias toward the thing actually getting done.

Building the system, training the team, staying on through the part where it meets real users — start at $150/hour.
